A GONAL-f Pen injection guide is included in a pamphlet called Patient Instructions for the GONAL-f Prefilled Pen, which is available for download. This guide is offered in English, French, Arabic, Punjabi, Spanish and Simplified Chinese – please click on the language of your choice. If you have questions about your medication or need help with your injection, the Momentum patient services program (formerly Fertility Lifelines) is available to assist you.

The GONAL-f Pen starter kit is available through your fertility clinic/pharmacy. This kit contains a sharps container for used needles and an injection guide in printed format. Your clinic/pharmacy may also provide you with some alcohol swabs. If you have not received this kit, your clinic/pharmacy should be able to provide you with one.
