Patient Service and Prescription Assistance Program

Patient services

The Momentum patient services program (formerly Fertility Lifelines) is a free and confidential phone service that offers customized patient support, including injection assistance, to individuals using EMD Serono fertility products. You can call toll free at 1-800-387-8479.

Momentum is available between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. (Eastern Time), Monday to Friday. Momentum is also available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for urgent inquiries that cannot wait until the following business day. Simply leave your name, reason for calling, and your phone number, and a registered nurse will return your call, usually within an hour. Momentum is available in over 250 languages through the assistance of certified translators.

Momentum is staffed by highly trained customer service representatives and registered nurses ready to assist callers with questions on EMD Serono products through compassionate listening to help put the patient journey into perspective and provide information about additional support and resources.

Momentum is not intended to replace discussions patients have with their doctors or nurses. Patients should contact their health care professionals if they have specific health concerns.

Momentum does not comment on individual treatments, discuss results, or provide off-label information.

 

Prescription Assistance Program

As a patient-focused company, EMD Serono offers support for patients on our medications. However, this service is available only at the discretion of the prescribing physician. Physicians have access to all the required documentation and will be able to make the request to EMD Serono on behalf of a patient should there be a need for assistance.
